We have been advised by a Survivor that they received a letter claiming to be from Caranua, telling them if they send their bank account details to a particular address, Caranua will lodge a sum of money into their bank account.

Caranua has not sent any letters like this. Caranua does not lodge lump sums of money to bank accounts.

All Caranua letters are sent on Caranua headed paper. If you receive a letter claiming to be from Caranua and you are unsure about the contents please contact us.
