“I went through the different stages of the application process and dealt with a number of people in Caranua. I found Julie Anne and Lucy very good and my Advisor, Patrick, was extremely helpful.
“My Advisor was very helpful and brought me through the process. I didn’t get everything I applied for and sometimes I got frustrated but I felt everyone I dealt with in Caranua treated me with dignity. Even when I could not contact my Advisor by phone, if I left a message he always got back to me. He also suggested I take a computer class, which I am now very pleased about as I went from not being into computers at all, to now being computer literate.
