My name is Carmel and I am writing to tell you how happy I am to have been in touch with Caranua who have been so kind and generous to me got in touch with Caranua after my husband saw it mentioned on TV3’s Ireland AM. I rang Caranua who sent me out an application form and that set the wheels in motion for me. In 2014 I was assigned a wonderful lady called Natalya to be my Advisor.
From the first time I spoke with Natalya she made me feel so special, she was so caring and understanding and advised me how Caranua could help me. She advised me what I could apply for and what I could not apply for. She explained to me how to get quotes (sometimes 3), for items I was getting done in my house, (for example windows and doors), and for all the rest of the stuff done to make my house warm and comfortable. I would never ever in a million years be able to afford to get all those things done to my house without the help of Caranua. I will always be grateful to them for the help they have given me.
Anything I had applied for on my application form I received and amore. Natalya was so kind and helpful to me. Just to hear her happy voice on the phone cheered me up no end. She was so sympathetic to me when I was unwell. I will never forgert Natalya.
I hope if there is anyone out there like me who had to endure many years with the abuse of living in an industrial school, get in touch with Caranua who will do all they can to help these people. I can guarantee the staff in Caranua will look after you all with the greatest of respect and confidentiality.
