“I would like to thank Caranua for the great support they have given me. I expect we were all very nervous about asking for help and not being very learned on how to go about it.
“It took a while to get things working, and I was passed on to a very kind lady who took the time to talk to me and explain to me all about what was happening and how she was looking after me now. Without her, (Natalya), I think I would have packed it in, and now she has made my dreams come true with what I requested, as I was sure I might be turned down as I don’t know how the system works and was afraid to ask.
“But I did not expect to get all I had asked for as there are so many others that may need the support more than I did, but I was willing to take the chance and I am so pleased that I did, as it worked out for me. But I put it down to having good support from my Advisor, and treating me as if I was her friend and not someone who just answers yes or no to a question.
“I thank Caranua for all the help that you have given me, it was greatly appreciated and now I will have a warm home as I suffer from the cold so much.”
