The Department of Education & Skills seeks to appoint a facilitator/mediator who will assist with the design of and planning for consultation events for survivors of abuse in residential institutions. The consultation events will be led by survivors for survivors and the role of the facilitator/mediator will be fully defined following discussions with survivors/survivor groups but will be subject to final agreement with the Department.
