My Advisor told me that my application is completed. What does this mean?
When an Advisor has processed all payments in relation to your application, it will be complete. We will write to you to confirm this.
I have received a few services from Caranua however, my needs have now changed, can I re-apply for some of the new services?
Yes, you may re-apply if your needs have changed and you have not exceeded the €15,000/£12,000 personal allocation. Any application for the new services will be subject to the new 2016 Criteria which are outlined here.
